A Review of Pilaroc Meats:
From a Huntsville Foodie

“The natural flavor of the meat pork chop was accented by the salt and pepper and didn't need any additional seasoning. Since we cooked our chops medium rare, the bright red meat on the inside likened this chop to a medium-rare steak at a fine dining restaurant in downtown Huntsville. Click here for her review.

INAUGURAL FARM TO TABLE 2017
September 2017, Pilaroc Farms was very fortunate to be a part of the first ever Fayetteville Farm To Table event. We supplied all the bacon for the salad and deviled eggs (pictured right) and were one of a handful of beef producers that supplied the main course, beef tenderloin. We even got a little local press over the event in the Elk Valley Times with a feature article on us.
